"Well," he said, a little upset at her response. "What would you like to know?" he asked folding his arms and waiting for the ordeal behind the room-divider to be done.
Some Lady "There you go," she said once she got the dress of. "It'll be ready tomorrow," she scurried off to let the lady dress.

Emelia was happy at his response, and she smiled. " Everything you can give me." She said as she was getting dressed, afterward stepping out behind the divider and smiling up at him, her hair slightly a mess from taking off the dress and then putting another back on.
She looped her arm through his, gazing out and about at the dresses around them. " By the way, thankyou for this." She said as she smiled and nodded at the lady before being ready to go out somewhere else.

Well this was good, she had forgotten he had said he would allow her to pick his outfit, so now he could wear what he wanted. He decided to escort her from the building before she could remember.
"Well my name is Ackert," he paused. "What is yours?" he decided that it was only appropriate that he have her name is he was to give her his. By the time he spoke they were already moving through the market streets.

She smiled, and she looked around as the people bustled about; how odd it was for strangers to have so many different perspectives and lives, each passer by holding onto each of their favorite memories, worst memories, everything that Emelia was in over her head about when it came to understanding the outside persons insides.
"My name is Emelia." She said as she clicked back into reality, not really knowing if he said anything else beforehand. "Is there a meaning behind yours?" She said trying to pick up conversations.

Well her lack of attention, or rather reality as she decided it was, had allowed him to let his own attention wander, to the tables they were passing. Normally he would stop and look at each one with care, before buying something at, possibly, each.
His attention was snapped back to her when she spoke. Emelia. Well at least now he knew her name. "It means harsh like the blade of a sword," he said and then looked at her. "Does yours have a meaning?"

" In fact, it doesn't." She said frowning, putting her fingertip to her bottom lip in a pondering way. " I think I was growing up as an ordinary Druid." She said shrugging, her steps light and casual. "So tell me about your home life, your family, etc." She said as she waved her hand to signal to continue talking, her other slung around his.
While she was going to listen to him talk, she gazed around the Kingdom as it was seeming to never end, the streets were crowded, but not enough to the point where shoulders were bumping each other. The faces seemed all to familiar, like a distant memory that you can't recall but remember the small moments of recognizition.

He frowned slightly to himself, and then hid it with a smile. While she had every intention of listening to what he had to say, he had no intention of speaking. "No," he said sternly then looked at her. One did not just go from asking someone's name to asking about their family.
He slowly took his arm back from her, but continued to walk beside her.

She shrugged, slightly suspicious of the act but said nothing more on it. With a hint coat of discreet, she put away her hostility levels, a little offended. " Ah, I see." She said as she quieted once more, seeing how she couldn't find a fair conversation with this man if he wasn't willing to share information with her.
She then giggled, then laughed, and then had to restraint snorts as she had the most absurd thought: he's trying not to get to close for a murdering spree. In fact, this was so hilarious to her that she looked at him, then laughed again, as if it was something that she couldn't believe. "I'm sorry, I just. I have those moments." She said blushing afterward, covering her mouth to hide the small smile.

Well when she suddenly began laughing he was glad that he had retracted his arm, so that while she was in hysterics he could pretend he did not know her.
When she had calmed herself enough to speak to him he arched an eyebrow. "Right then," he said. A murdering spree was not in his future...though his past? ...Well that's a different story for another time. "I am not sure I want to know what sent you into your fit," he said putting a hand in his vest pocket, and rediscovering the necklace there. He smirked some to himself then returned his attention to Emelia.

"I just remembered a funny memory, a funny little realization that just.. It just made me laugh, I'm sorry." She said blushing more, but smiled brighter than before; if that was possible indeed. "My grandmother was very light and cheery like me, yet she married someone bitter and always grouchy. They would always bicker, always! And there's so many funny memories, considering they loved each other to death. But they were so secretive, you know? So it's what made it all the funnier."
She then began to tell him of the faint memories of coming home from school ( secretive, that is) and smelling the fresh baked pastries, or meats, or any other dessert and meals that were possible. She talked with her hands, having them constantly move to emphasize certain things. "You know" she said at one point, " I grew up a good life, even if I didn't have the prettiest house, the greenest of plants, or the most of the money."
And she continued to be like this, to let him know the smallest and most useless information, to give the illusion that they were bonding. But in a way, they were. And she didn't mind, yet she couldn't help but feel a warning symbol for that.
